General terms and conditions of sale

  1. Reserving one or more seats on board the Brussels Tourist Tramway (hereinafter referred to as ‘BTT’), operated by volunteers of the Brussels Urban Transport Museum non-profit organisation (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Museum’) is compulsory. It is carried out at the current rate, only via the dedicated page of the website – https://trammuseum.brussels/en/brussels-tourist-tramway/presentation/ – and implies the unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
  2. When booking, the customer undertakes to provide his exact and complete details (surname, first name or group name, telephone number, email address). Under privacy legislation, these contact details are only used for this purpose.
  3. A reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment, no later than the Saturday (6 p.m.) preceding the tour.

  5. Any customer who has reserved and paid for a seat on board the BTT can request, free of charge, the postponement of his reservation to another date. This postponement is only granted once and must be requested no later than the Monday preceding the date of the tour. After this deadline, the postponement will be subject to a flat-rate administrative fee of €3- per person.
  6. Any request to cancel a reservation must be made no later than the Monday preceding the tour. Refund will be made after deduction of a flat rate fee of €5- per person.
  7. Subject to the cases mentioned above in points 5 and 6, no refund or postponement of date will be granted to customers who do not show up at the place and time of departure.
