Winter Season 2022 – 2023

From October 2022 to March 2023 the Museum opens its doors once a month from 1 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., with one additional weekend in December:

• 8 and 9 October 2022
• 12 and 13 November 2022
• 3, 4, 17 and 18 December 2022
• 14 and 15 January 2023
• 11 and 12 February 2023
• 11 and 12 March 2023

On these opening days our heritage trams will be running between the Museum and Tervuren. Our oldtimer buses will be shuttling between the Museum and place Schuman. All of our vehicles have both heating and ventilation. You can find the exact timetable on our homepage. At the Museum you can also visit our Retro-Shop and have a drink or snack at the TRAM-O-BAR.

During the fall and winter we also have the following activities:

• On 8 October at 8 p.m. the Brussels Concert Band returns to the Museum for “Nostalgia inbetween wars”
• On 22 October from from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m. the Museum will be participating in Museum Night Fever with heritage trams and buses between “Train World” and “Wiels”.
• On 13 November from 1 a.m. to 5 p.m.: an exhibition in the Museum’s courtyard showcasing different “Van Hool” bus types that were and are used by STIB for 65 years this year, since 1957.

Unfortunately … there will be no Tram Vin chaud this year. Hopefully we will be able to welcome you for a new season in 2023!
