A look back on 2015

By the time you read this, 2015 is already (way) behind us. Nevertheless, the MTUB News team would like to remind you of last year’s finest moments. With thanks to the members who sent in their pictures!

January

In January we welcomed two T3000s to our Museum! 22.02.2015

February’s “Fait d’Hiver” (winter opening) was dedicated to the PCC prototypes, with (prototype) 5018 and (real PCC) 7047.  15.02.2015

March

Rétrospective 2015
In March we prepared the Museum for another high season. Our last winter opening featured 9079 and convoy 1609+604.   15.03.2015

April

Rétrospective 2015

In June, we added freshly painted and restored ladder lorry 424 to the collection of the Museum.  06.06.2015

In July, Caroline (PCC 7500) returned to the Museum, where she awaited further restorations. 15.07.2015

At the end of September maintenance on “Dépannage 7” was completed. Here you see the tram at STIB’s Belgrado workshop.  20.09.2015

Rétrospective 2015
October featured a day-trip to the Arnhem Open Air Museum in the Netherlands, a way of saying thanks to our active members. We also visited their short historic tram line. 17.10.2015
